When purchasing your event ticket on Ticketmaster, the Winter Garden VIP Experience will be available as an add on! 

  • This package is subject to availability and may not be available for all events at Palais Theatre.
  • This package must be redeemed for the show specified on the purchase ticket.
  • Guests must present their tickets upon arrival at Palais Theatre for VIP package redemption.
  • This package does not include a ticket to the show, you must have a ticket to the show to utilise this package.
