Palais Theatre has an answering service, please follow the prompts to be directed to a customer service representative. Please select either of the following options:

- Select Option 1 to be directed to a Ticketmaster representative for all ticketing enquiries
- Select Option 2 to be directed to the Palais Theatre for all venue enquiries
 
Please do not call the Venue Hire number as they do not have any event information.

Box Office

Please note the Palais Theatre Box Office is only open on show nights, 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time on your ticket.
