Policies set forth by our clients, generally prohibit Ticketmaster from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased and after an event - Ticketmaster Purchase Policy.

If you had an issue during an event we hope you brought this to the attention of one of our front-of-house staff who would have resolved your issue as soon as possible.

Please be aware that the Palais Theatre is one of the best acoustic venues in the world. If you experienced sound issues it will have been due to the mix created by the sound engineer who is selected directly by the touring artist.
