- THIS IS NOT A TICKET AND DOES NOT PROVIDE ENTRY TO THE VENUE.
- Patrons must purchase a valid event ticket to access the VIP Premium package.
- Tote Bag & lanyard available for pick-up the night of the show.
- Lanyard does not authorize access to the Venue or backstage.
- Free drink includes beer, wine, soft drink, or signature VIP cocktail ( if available).
- VIP merchandise item is subject to availability and may be exchanged with another item of equal value.
- You will not receive a Palais Premium ticket. An email with more details will be sent to you 3-5 days prior to the event.
- Contact details provided at the point of purchase (email, mobile, mailing address) are the details used to communicate all VIP information.
