Live Nation Australia, a Live Nation Entertainment company, has today announced The Palais Theatre Community Fund, a new community grants program in partnership with the City of Port Phillip, established to provide long-term benefits to residents of St Kilda and City of Port Phillip community.

The fund is an integral part of Live Nation’s 30 year lease of the iconic Palais Theatre in St Kilda and has been set up to provide a meaningful benefit back to local residents. Now open for submissions, the initiative will provide grants of up to $5,000 at a time, to local registered charities and not-for-profit organisations for applications based on infrastructure, equipment, community, activities and people within the City of Port Phillip, including the creative arts such as live music, theatre, film, art, dance, comedy and writing, as well as events, internships and educational courses.
